  : The location was at the lake and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The amenities seemed nice and accommodating.
  : The water pressure in the shower was very weak and our toilet ran all night.

  : The only plus of this hotel was that it was 12 minutes away from where I was having dinner with family and friends.
  : There is NO reason this hotel shouldve costed $218 for ONE night. The towels had yellow stains on them, the mirror was not clean, the toilet was not clean, the shower looked scary to say the least. The microwave in our room did not work. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. The breakfast was lackluster. The elevator felt like it was going to break with the amount of jolting it did. There was also missing art from our rooms walls. There were random holes in the walls in the bathroom. I have no idea what is so special about this hotel for it to have costed $218 for one night. Next day, the same room we stayed in went from $183 a night to $124, and even that is too much. The amount of tax that was added on for this hotel to total $218 was absolutely ridiculous. Also, on Booking, the hotel said it offered a military discount; when we got to the property, there was no military discount offered. We will never be coming back to this location or recommending it to anyone.

  : The hotel is a little dated, but the king room came with a sofa and chair. There was a lot of space to stretch out. Breakfast was good, but a little limited with choices. Overall, a really good experience.

  : Breakfast was nice
  : Housekeeping needs to better inspect the rooms before placing them back in system once they have been cleaned. I had ants everywhere in my room it was disgusting. I didn't see them until the following morning and I was not impressed with that nor how the young lady at the desk during that time handled it. She offered to get the General Manager Shawn Kosloff bit he never came to desk nor did I get a phone call from him.

  : Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable, but the fitted sheet and mattress cover kept coming off each night. Breakfast room was clean and breakfast food was ok. There was good hot coffee in the entryway 24/7.
  : The water pressure in the shower was poor every time I showered. There was missing tile in the bathroom and what appeared to be a slight build up of grime or dirt in the corner of the shower.

  : Room had ants, moved 3 times, poor breakfast, noise of slamming doors, ac/heat was next to bed and blew on bed. Charged me an incidental fee but nothing was available to purchase, no bar or restaurant.
