  : Overall I would say that I was pleasantly surprised that both the room and the property were a bit nicer than I had expected when I booked it. Also, it was worth it to get the room with a view. We watched the comings and goings in the water and down on the sidewalk while we had our morning coffee. That was a real pleasure. The space was very comfortable for two couples. You could sit at the bar while someone prepared food or on couches in the living area or at a table next to a large window or outside on the balcony. For sleeping, the beds were comfy. The interior room was very quiet. The bedroom with a view was peaceful except for the ferocious sound of wind whipping and rattling things outside the apartment. It wasnt a problem for us, but I did use earplugs a couple of nights. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff communicated readily when we were figuring out our check in time.

  : The location is right in the center of the island and walking distance to the best restaurants and businesses. The view when you walk into the room is also stunning - it's right of the water and it's floor to ceiling views.
  : Sigh. We really wanted to like the place but there were so many problems. First, we knew the place didn't have AC but figured we'd be able to open windows to get some air flow. However, of our two rooms one had a broken screen door and the other had no screen at all. The room with no screen at all also had a yellow jacket problem on the balcony, basically rendering the balcony useless. The carpets were stained and each day at least once there was a horrible smell of poo in the hallways. On our second day we were told that there was no hot water available for hours.
