: Location was great. Easy access , quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and the National seashore. We could ride our bikes (less than a mile ) to the bike trail, which was great. The garage was convenient, to leave our bicycles when we didn’t need them . Really appreciated having a dishwasher and well stocked kitchen (plenty of dishes, pots etc)
: The HVAC system is ancient! The day we got there the house was freezing, despite setting the thermostat , it took an entire day and half to warm up. No air conditioning either.Has washer/dryer, however, we used the dryer once and it made a racket. Don’t plan on using , unless you can turn it on and leave the house for an hour !! Needs: Replacement trash bags. Could use a pair of scissors in the kitchen.

: Location is great. Quiet neighborhood. Garage handy for bikes and beach gear. Living room and dining room comfortably furnished.
: Having no AC and malfunctioning windows made the stay very uncomfortable. Beds not very comfortable. Screen door did not slide open without a struggle to get to the back deck. Dishes and blankets not clean.

: The location was an easy bike ride to Campground Beach, my grandson's favorite. The street was quiet and shaded. Nice dining table. Dishwasher and clothes washer were welcome.
: The ventilation was bad: noisy ceiling fans, windows that didn't stay open, a huge rip in the screen slider to the deck so we had to close the glass slider at dusk. The mattresses were lumpy and covered with something that reflected the heat back to my sunburn. Kitchen lacked scissors and a square or round baking pan. Clothes dryer made a horrible screeching sound. One tiny bar of soap and 3 rolls of toilet paper are not sufficient for 6 people! Night lights in the bathrooms would be helpful.
