  : The location is not far from Six Flags. The restaurant onsite was good.
  : Apparently, this hotel receives money from the government to house people who otherwise have nowhere to live. There were people active in the hallway almost all night. On our first night there was a loud altercation in the lobby (almost right outside our door) between a group of said "tenants" that caused us to be fearful for our safety. When we tried to call the front desk from the room, we discovered our phone didn't work. We called from our cell phone and the front desk brushed off our concerns. Also, we were told that the hotel was "sold out" and we couldn't move our room (which was a lie, since I was able to see additional availability on the website). A worker in the restaurant onsite (no affiliation to the hotel) informed us that the staff routinely advised others of the same thing to avoid having to turn additional rooms. This employee also said that the restaurant used to be a popular local hangout prior to the current owners and now, with the current policies and tenants, they are looking to move to a different location themselves. Additionally, we asked for another pillow and blanket...the front desk staff said there were none. The housekeeping staff got them for us the next morning. The room, while clean, was deteriorating. The mattress was obviously ancient and slopes downward towards the headboard and was lumpy. The curtains were shredding at the slightest touch. There is a reason for the cheaper price...we didn't have the ability to switch to a different location or we certainly would have.

  : Run down motel smelling of weed and rude management. Cost me $600 because they cancelled my reservation the same day due to being oversold.

  : The property falsely advertises. I booked two rooms for 3 people in each and non smoking. When I got there, they had given both of my non smoking rooms away and gave me two smoking rooms instead. The rooms smelled so heavily of marijuana and smoke that we couldn’t sleep there and had to find another hotel. To make matters even worse, there was a fight going on between two hotel customers and one of them had a knife and the police had to be called. There were also hotel room occupants right next to our rooms with dogs barking loudly as well. We have nothing against the dogs at all and I’ve been a pet owner myself in my home but that’s not the kind of hotel stay that we had reserved to deal with heavy smoke saturated rooms and dogs barking loudly. And at one point we were running down the hallway to get out of harms way with the hotel situation of them having their customers fighting one another at the hotel with one of them wielding a knife. Then the police were flashing lights in our room from the outside and I would assume other hotel guests rooms also because they were looking for the guy with the knife. I would rate this hotel with a Zero and recommend to others not to stay there. The hotel was reasonably priced but it’s not worth it to save a dollar for an absolutely terrible experience. And I have never reserved a hotel and have my confirmation of my stay and have the hotel give my hotel rooms away. And I booked well in advance. The whole experience was awful and we left and requested a refund of both rooms.We didn’t stay in our rooms 5 minutes. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves.

  : The room was well taken care of and staff at the front desk were friendly.
  : We’ve been staying at this hotel for the last four years and it now has changed from a Days Inn to Windsor Hotel. It really stunk that they no longer had a continental breakfast bar and there was NO pool, which really stunk this past extremely hot weekend. The price could be a lot less for what we didn’t get.
