  : The location was excellent.. the room was extremely clean and comfortable and very pleasant When we had problems with the shower , the staff offered us a discount on our next stay
  : When we first arrived the code box did not work on our room door but the staff had left a key in the office for us The shower unit was gorgeous but the faucet handle came off in my hand immediately as I attempted to bathe .. we were unable to use the shower during our stay. We did notify the staff by phone ( no one was there in the office at any time) In all fairness, they did respond with complete courtesy and offered us a discount the next time we come to Cape Cod

  : It was comfortable and in a convenient location to a beach (1 mile away). There were some good places to eat just a few miles up the road.
  : The bathroom was quite small and lack hooks etc for ease of use. A swifter broom would be helpful as if one goes to the beach it seems some sand is going to find its way back with you.

  : Never anyone in the office and supplies for a cup of coffee were never replenished,and the office was dirty and messy.

  : grounds were beautiful. Great location in the room was beautiful.
  : room was very damp, leaving all of our clothes, feeling wet. Air conditioner was full of mold. Even the placement on the table was molding on the back.

  : I liked the location, it was near Sandyneck Beach 1 mile away. There is an amazing restaurant across the street called Amari. The food is excellent.
  : I didn't particularly appreciate paying an additional $30.00 for a cleaning fee. That should already be included in the price of the room.

  : This small motel is very well located and conforms to the description provided on the apps. There are no unpleasant surprises.
  : The shower curtain and air conditioning were very dirty, although the rest of the room was ok. We also found it very strange that there were no staff on site. The reception desk was not clean and the instructions were not very precise.
