  : we did not stay here were refused our room because my husband asked the guy a question about the deposit and we never got our refund from booking.com that we were told by the property that we would have to go through booking to get it and never have received it!

  : Paying the extra 25 for our pet when we checked in.Be nice to know before I reserved the room I would of went somewhere else. Plus paying a 150 deposit. I did get the 150 back in the morning. So if you don't 175 at check in your screwed.

  : proximity to Cahokia Mounds. Staff available and friendly. Non-smoking, refrig and microwave, (our "must haves")
  : room very small. only one chair. airconditioning blew directly onto bed. Although the room was probably renovated in the past couple of years (good new tub/tile bath, no carpet 'wood' floor) the bed felt as if it probably had been slept in a lot, probably by a few 500 lb guests. Noisy! besides the loud /windy airconditioner, there was a 'whale noise'--whooshing, gurgling : probably others' plumbing that was constant throughout the night, also the refrigerator was noisy, and something(maybe the refrigerator) started to emit a high pitchedtone in the middle of the night which I could not stop.

  : There was no chair or table. The picture shown in the website is not the original one. There is no closet, not a single hanger to keep your clothes. Only one plug point up on the wall to charge mobile, however, as there is no table or chair, you cannot keep your mobile anywhere. Even, the toilet tissue holder is also broken. The curtain was old, dirty and torn. There was no rug or floor mat.

  : I hate the spies the place so much that I asked for my money back which they would not give me once. I seen this disgusting room. There was a open condom Wrapping behind the bed for yard says. And these foreign a******* show pictures of the rooms which I didn't wasn't be the best place but actually disgusting. But she loves to do drugs and love. The f*** disea hookers feel free. You'll love this place except by this place. Should be kidding, d***** and I'm reporting them to the BBB. Why can't I put a negative 500 star on this one?
