  : The beds are incredibly comfortable.
  : No clean towels and no housekeeping for days. We specifically asked for housekeeping, they never came, and on our last day there they had NO clean towels available at all.

  : We asked for a 2 queen and was given a queen with a sofa bed which one of us had to sleep on since they said they did not have another room for us. Plus they messed up our billing and is still messed up a month later .

  : Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn't huff and puff when asked for extra pillows or blankets that were needed. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and they never ran out of anything and there were a lot of people there that morning.
  : The pool area only had a handful of towels in the cabinet at 8pm. There were a lot of kids there so we had to ask for more towels. The front desk person said they may not have time to bring more towels. The pool was cold, not warm at all. It is a salt water pool as well. In the room there aren't any pamphlets about the restaurant or bar that is on-site, they do tell you about it at check it, but pamphlets with hours and a menu would be nice to have in the room. You have to go to the restaurant to get a menu if you want one. We also had a room with a pull out sofa bed. No extra pillows or blankets so had to request and go down to get it.
