  : The hospitality we received during breakfast was good, the same who received us the day before we that morning friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice.
  : On arrival we had to wait for about 20 min whilst the person who received us was serving customers in the pub. After a long driving journey from Oxford and was rushing for a meeting which was scheduled about 30 min from the time we arrived in another village 20 min away, I was not happy with that. I literally had to ask , how long do we have to wait for because the guy decided to take us to our room. Lack of parking spaces.

  : we stayed as a family of 5 in cottage nr 3, location great, the village of East Linton is quaint and beautiful, cottage bright and spacious, tasteful decor had dinner at Crown house pub - really enjoyed it, great atmosphere with rugby game on, the food and staff were lovely
  : 3 things-the floors were not clean (dust, hair from previous guests), had to wipe clean the bathroom floors ourselves -the window would not shut in one of the bedrooms (handle broken), luckily weather was warming but very windy, so had to improvise with an extra blanket to get through the night-wifi password didnt work - informed the host as we checked in and again later in the evening, got a missed call closer to 10pm but at that point was too late and were only staying for 1 nightMy husband had a work deadline to submit, otherwise wont have been fussed
