  : The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly.
  : Had trouble getting into the hotel with key card. Worked fine on room but not on outside door. Hotel was significantly more expensive than other comfort inns I have stayed in.

  : The breakfast was good. The 2 people who took care of the breakfast area and were in charge of the housekeeping staff were very good.
  : Most of the staff did not speak or understand English. Most of the time (at any time of the day or night) the lobby desk was not manned. You had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come from a room in the back. The pool was advertised online as "heated" but it was not even warm. The room around the pool was heated but not the pool. If you had a request for extra blankets or a shower seat you had to get them from the front desk yourself. The staff did not bring the items to your room. On June 8th and June 9th, the 2 different staff members who answered my phone calls were rude. The lady on Sunday who answered my call was so rude that I requested her name. Her response was, "You don't need my name.".

  : Beds were comfortable & the room was clean. The bathroom had a nightlight in the outlet so you didn’t have to leave the bathroom light on all night for anyone to use during the night.
  : Breakfast was ok, the scrambled eggs were out of a box & tasted terrible & were lukewarm. They used styrofoam plates & bowls for oatmeal, grits etc, so heating up in microwave bowl melted, muffins, rolls the same.The indoor pool had a door so you could sit on lounge chairs (plastic webbing) but no cushions. Also you could not get back in to the pool area as they had NO keypad to use your key card for entry. You had to walk all the way around to the front entrance to enter. The only way to avoid this was to put a chair in the doorway to leave it ajar to be able to get back in to the pool area. Also I look at this as a safety issue which is not good. The desk I employee was out back cleaning her car windows & was not at the front desk with people checking in. Additionally, in checking out they could not provide a receipt for my stay or even an email, they said it was because I booked it through a third party. Very poor service in that respect as I have never encountered that at a hotel.
