  : I didnt like anything. Erica was sweet. But we left early and they would refund us partially.
  : It was really bad service, really hot and uncomfortable and they didnt have good customer service and the food was NOT good.

  : mountains and scenery was beautiful
  : rooms smelled. beds were hard and old. manager was unprofessional and not welcoming and rude. rooms smelled so bad had to get febreeze. they already had plugins which didnt help. someone was in our room when we left things were moved and no it was not cleaned. night clerk said we were overcharged and reduced prices and then manager later added extra charges.

  : we liked the location of the property.
  : The room we stayed in was not very clean, we found leftover food in the refrigerator, very dusty, and left over food trash under the beds. Also multiple locks on the cabin windows were broken. Also we had a party of 6 and were told 40$ a person to be able use the hot tubs which we felt was a little expensive.

  : we liked that we got a separate cabin. 2 bedroom with a porch looking out to greenery and a pasture. the resort itself had an amazing deck we sat out on often. the restaurant on site was good
  : the only thing wad the beds. queen sized and very squeaky.

  : Restaurant and staff was very good.
  : Breakfast was very bland and limited. Could not find front desk staff, especially at night and mornings. There was a party in the lobby late one night and no staff available to quite them down. It went on for hours.

  : Clean the sofa in room 301 it was extremely dirty.

  : rooms smelled like cat litter. rooms were terrible. you stand by the bed and hit your head on ceiling. pull out couch was broken. husband had to fix it. manager was rude and disrespectful and unpleasant and very unprofessional

  : The place was beautiful and comfortable. Just as you'd want to feel in the middle of the forest!The restaurant there was absolutely Great! The Staff was awesome!!We were well taken care of!
  : The only reason my stay was not a 10 for everything. Is because the ceiling fan was not operable in our room. Nor could we leave the window open because there was no screen and bugs could get in with the window open. And it was in September. The staff did give us portable fans, which helped with the circulation. But the room was still to warm to sleep well in.Once they have the maintenance person, come in and fix the fan and the wi dow screen for the next person.I'd say this place would be a 10!
