  : The location.
  : The sofa bed was broken so we couldn't even stay on it i tried reaching the Host but did not get a reply,, we paid for 4 people but because of the sofa bed my brother had to go somewhere else to stay. On the main bed we felt the springs when we laid on it. The floors were really dirty, when I say dirty i mean that when you walked on the floor for a second your socks were black! The smell in there was terrible like something was burning, dishes were all dirty, the door that you usually need to put the code in before entering was broken so it was enough to press on the Bell and it would open. I could keep going but I dont have the time for it. It was terrible.

  : Broken bathroom door, stucked an hour. No response to calls, nobody ever show up on reception. Rude and in professional stuff. Only polish language..
