  : The location is good: quiet and yet a short walk from beach & the main shops etc. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The en-suite was welcoming. And there was parking!

  : Unable to to contact staff about any issues do to no information about contacting and protocols of resolving issues. Check out was no contact with staff also.

  : Breakfast mess up -disappointed as this could have been fatal. We informed Willow cottage of my allergies before booking breakfast and was told they could accommodate.My allergies are Egg, Dairy and Gluten and I made this very clear these are allergies and it's medical. My breakfast was bought out with mushrooms cooked in Butter and was told that it would be ok I said definitely not. Helen came and apologised and said she was concentrating on Gluten Free and replied saying I am Egg and dairy too which is on the messages which we used for correspondence. Even though there was an apology this mistake shouldn't have happened.

  : We had the place to ourselves. Our hosts let us alone except when we needed something. Lots of off street parking.
  : Not much, there was roofing going on at the time we were there, but that was not their fault.
