  : The location is good, the terrace nice but there were no a/c or even fans so not for the hot summer nights. Also no elevator so if you have mobility difficulties check the floor as you may be place at the 4thfloor.

  : We were a big family of 10 people staying in the apartment for 9 nights (Christmas time). The size of the apartment was great, enough place, enough beds, towels, etc., and the livingroom was big enough for the 10 of us. I appreciate that they installed the heater/air conditionning (when we asked for it!) There was an easy access to the apartment at any time of the day/night even though all the neighborhood knew whenever we'd come and go thanks to the neighbor's dog who never stopped barking :) Good neighborhood, many walking options for market, bakery, food, cafes, restaurants and the beach very close also!
  : I'll list (some) main issues we had in the apt:1) although there are some comments complaining about the cold, they didn't installed anything until we had to ask for it - even though it was obvious it had to be installed & more urgent for winter time. But as mentioned above, they did installed it at the end! Although the heat was only in the main living room, the bedrooms were very very cold. They gave us one small heater for one room, we actually had one we brought ourselves for another room but the 3rd bedroom was very cold. Some of us had to sleep in the living room at night to not catch a cold.2) Another thing that surprised us: we had a fixed price on BK for 9 adults + 1 child, logically 10 people.As they saw it was written "9+1" (instead of 10), on the day we went to visit, they asked us to pay for the child assuming it was because they have only 9 seats in beds (although the couches were also beds so technically they do have 11 seats in total....). So, we paid 30 more than what was planned on the BK contract just for one 3-year-old little girl who was anyway going to sleep in the same bed as her mother! It was a bit ridiculous, but well.3) very bad internet (they gave us an amplifier but was still bad in somebedrooms)4) the kitchen wasn't well equipped at all to cook meals:- only one burner out of 4 was working on the stove! We couldn't cook well until the host told us quite late we could try the other ones (when at first she told us we couldn't...). At the end 2 of them were working but one of them was quite dangerous: the fire was so high and couldn't be put in a low mode! They should really change the whole equipment...- one only pan that was quite damaged from previous use that we had to rub a lot to be able to use it,- no oven, no microwave, no bowls, no mugs (just tiny tea cups where we can barely have a single sip of coffee/tea so a bit useless for us), just 1 teaspoon for 10 people.

  : Extremely accommodating hosts. They waited for us at 2 in the morning, and they also had the patience to keep our belongings even after checking out of the apartment until the our bus arrived. Good cleanliness and hot water always available.
  : No sunshine in the apartment, was a little cold. Overcrowded room with furniture. Very hard pillows. Poor sound isolation, poor wi-fi signal.

  : There is a private parking, living room and kitchen were equipped with everything you need.
  : Beds need to be updated, they were really uncomfortable. The bedroom itself was small and beds were in front of the cabinets that don't open.
