  : It was very quaint and very well located - the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. There were some needed repairs and the staff were getting ready to do fixes end renovations do they were quite receptive to the reports we made. Breakfast was delicious
  : We stayed just prior to the inn closing for repairs so we found some things in need of fixes. The toilet flushed inconsistently but the staff informed us of a work around that helped. There were other small details but all on the list to be repaired

  : Good location in city centre. Spotless room, with spacious bathroom. Friendly breakfast service. Good value for money. Easy to book online.
  : Breakfast was somewhat stingey, with limited choices. No flexibility on check out time on arrival, but told no problem in the morning. Had to take remaining slot whether convenient or not for breakfast, as not first to check in.

  : Great breakfast every morning: you could select from multiple choices like full English breakfast or salmon flat bread. Very cosy breakfast room. Also the building is beautiful and the views were great on the street with old houses and the castle from the small window. The hotel is close to the bridge and the old town and there are many pubs and restaurants in a five minutes walk. On the opposite side of the street there is the pub "Holy GrAle" with very interesting choices of beer on tap. Taxis are just around the corner and the railway station is about 15 minutes walk away. The street at the hotel is quite quiet, very little traffic. The room was beautiful and large and bathroom clean and modern with a good shower. We arrived early and yet got a room where to leave our luggage and to use the toilet although the room wasn't totally ready. The service was all time very kind and helpful.
  : There isn't anybody at the reception so you should remember to ask what you need on breakfast or bother ringing the door bell button at the hall.

  : The location very central and ideal for eating out in the evening, The house was beautiful and superbly furnished. lovely accommodation both bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast room was smart and a pleasant room to breakfast in. At 8am we came to breakfast and did receive a welcome from Erica, Everything was served absolutely no help yourself even to fruit juice. Breakfast was enjoyable and Erica did make us feel welcoem.
  : I did not like the having had to wait until 1600 hours to book in. We arrived a after rather difficult time locating the venue we were greeted by the host with information re parking which involved moving the car from outside to areas which needed permits for set periods. Then information re breakfast which was at 8am for my partner and i our room was on the top floor twentyseven steps up an no lift or offer of help. As we stood there with cases he just wanted paying. . I thought it would be a better idea to get the luggage to the room, have a quick cup of tea, move the car and then pay. I did apologose for being a bit grumpy. We were told they had run out of the little milk cartons but not where to get fresh milk from until the last day. Toiletries were minimal ie about 2 inch in the shower bottle and wash bs8in bottle.

  : There was a strange smell...it was really clean and lovely but not sure if it was the heating or something but smelt like cat wee - there were definitely no cats though?
