Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for £20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional GBP 10. Subject to availability.

A travel cot is available upon request, however there is no bedding provided for the cot.

Please note there is no lift in the building and the rooms are accessed via stairs.

Guests are required to pay a GBP 10 key deposit.

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms and any evidence of smoking found after departure will result in a GBP 100 fine.

Please note that the free parking is located off-site at 38-46 English St, Dumfries DG1 2BY.

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19) the bar is temporarily closed.

The property will not serve breakfast, dinner or any meal from October 1, 2021 until December 31, 2022.
