  : I loved the view of the sea from my balcony. It was awesome walking out on the deck at any time and hearing the ocean and feeling the sea breeze. Watched the sunrise right from the balcony. Being right on the beach now has me spoiled! The room was great...everything we needed. Excellent location.
  : I did not like not having a washer and dryer in the unit. We had to share 3 washers and dryers with all of the folks staying with a beach view. One of the washers was down, so that made it difficult to get the laundry done. The twin bed in the 2nd bedroom was covered with what looked like a hot chocolate spill. I also was not aware that we did not have a garage. Very difficult to haul all of our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs.

  : Nothing.
  : Pictures on the site certainly make the place look good, probably from many years ago.The entire facility is rather dated and run down. Need to take better care of the property for the extremely high prices being charged.We were not told the code to the pool or the game room nor the password to the WiFi. Wasnt even provided in the check-in packet.Pool: really hot, dirty, concrete was crumbling and had a cone in one area from a hole. The bathrooms were completely terrible and there was no water to use the sink or flush the toilets in either bathrooms.Arcade: there is an arcade onsite and it consists of a foosball table, ping pong table, a billiards table , and one old arcade game. Other than foosball and ping pong table, everything else cost money to play. Really old vending machines from the late 80s, which only takes cash. There was no coin change machine to be able to play anything unless you happen to be carrying a pocket full of quarters.Gym: only had 4 machines. Most were broken and not even usable. There is a sauna? Or shower in there but was very small, broken and didnt even look usable. No instructions on how to use it if it did work.Beach: resort has private beach access. Have to climb up a flight of stairs to get over the dune and then down a matted ramp that is rather steep and hard for some users. The beach itself is really great. There is a shower area to spray off the sand when coming back from the beach but the area doesnt get taken care of and is so covered in sand that even if you got it off of you, you would get covers again trying to get out of the area to return back to the units.Unit: unit had a lot of flys in it. Apparently this is a constant problem since there were 5 fly swatters in the fridge to use, which was useful, but shouldnt be necessary.

  : This unit (C4) offered beach views from the balcony and less than a minute to the dune access, so the location was terrific. The kitchen had good appliances and the eating area was large. The living room furniture was comfortable and had plenty of seating. Loved having our own laundry room off the garage. The place was quiet, although we were there before Memorial Day. The management had a smooth process to support our late check in request, so getting our keys was easy which was appreciated after a long drive.
  : There were problems with mice in our building, which the management was working on fixing. The overall place felt somewhat worn and could use an update. There were no bed skirts, so you are viewing the boxspring and the base of the bed which made the unit feel unfinished. The cabinets were worn and one was broken when we checked in. The furniture was also set up strange with one of the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom blocking the entire access to the closet.

  : split level, jacuzzi style bath tub, play area for kids, horse shoe area
  : There were broken blinds, there was a large leak in plumbing leaked large amounts of water from carport ceiling, the carport ceiling looked like it was going to fall down, they didnt have a plumber come out I think it was on the second or third day we were there, but the ceiling still looked it was going to fall down, we couldnt park in the carport because of that, the property never offered to change us to a different unit or offer a discount on the stay stop, there was large run in carpet, I called them on several occasions for different things. They were always very short/not helpful with responses. On the back of the bathroom door the wood is coming off at the bottom, the indoor pool area was OK but the water was ice cold, there was supposed to be a hot tub in there, but it didnt work.

  : mostly clean and there were lots of things to do. my kids enjoyed the tennis courts and the indoor pool (the ocean too).
  : The drain in the master bathroom was so full of hair it wasnt draining properly. My husband pulled a great deal out of the drain so we could shower and not stand in a foot of water, but we never felt comfortable enough to take a bath-which was a bummer because it was a jacuzzi tub. The plastic runner that goes over the sand dune to the beach, if it were longer actually came all the way to the flat ground it would feel (be) safer. And we found a dying cockroach inside our place.

  : Had plenty of room.
  : It wasnt as clean as it couldve been.One bed the sheets were dirty. Had cobwebs everywhere up stairs.I found someones contact package in the hallway bathroom in the floor.
