  : The view and the fact that we had a parking spot
  : TL;DR:The place is dirty/cheap and the interior has seen the golden age of Yugoslavia, especially the bedWe had a longer trip through Croatia and Dubrovnik was the last stop. The accommodation here was the worst excluding its view.The owner handles the cleaning too and seems overwhelmed but bragged about his 16 properties in this neighborhood. Maybe use a fraction of the daily earnings to hire a cleaning service and at least buy a new bed if you respect your guests.Just to mention the highlights:- dirty floors, dust, cobwebs, hair from previous guests, sticky stains on furniture- the bathroom door does not remain closed unless you lock it; so if you want it closed when you're not inside you need to take the key with you- the most important part of an accommodation is the bed; the owner was very proud of the "king size bed" when he presented it but it's actually two beds aligned with some improvisation between them and a topper but you can feel the hole in the middle; the two spring mattresses creak loudly at the slightest movement so don't move while sleeping!

  : Amazing location with views of the sea and old Dubrovnik. Access requires a reasonable level of fitness and mobility, especially if planning to walk to the old town and back. Recommend using the road if you're nervous about walking down lots of steep narrow stairs
  : Some of the kitchen and bathroom facilities were in need of repair, but still worked ok

  : I liked that there was a patio off the living room so my group was able to be outside and enjoy the awesome view as we were located high up on a hill.
  : When I researched where to stay in Dubrovnik, the advertisement for Villa Green Panorama mentioned NOTHING about the extensive flights of stairs we had to traverse to get to the apartment unit. There were either 4 or 5 flights we had to go down in order to get to the unit and then obviously go up to get to the street level. Fortunately, no one in my group had ambulatory issues. Staircases would be something I would inquire about on my next trip. The apartment was quite spacious and there was adequate seating for my group as well as having a balcony outside the living room so we could enjoy the awesome view. The biggest issue we had was the showers in both bathrooms. There was not enough hot water if a second person took a shower. The shower hose head in one of the bathrooms came apart and was difficult to re-attach while showering. There was also one sliding door missing, so if not careful, water would spray all over the bathroom floor. This was not a pleasant experience.
