  : Schedule did not afford me time for the breakfast but it looked good. Beds comfortable, staff very helpful and professional, super location. Hotel advertises an airport shuttle. My expectation was that shuttle would be directly to and from the hotel. Advertising should be more informative making it known that there is access to the Dubrovnik shuttle with walking and/or public transport required to access shuttle.
  : Fact that hotel says has a shuttle but really doesnt !

  : The staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived a little bit late but they still offered us dinner despite the restaurant closing soon and waited for us to finish. We were welcomed with smiles and kind words during check in, check out, and every time you crossed a member of the staff. Although the hotel was full and they couldn't offer a late check out the next day, the front day staff still remembered my request and offered to keep my bags and recommended where I could leave them in the old town. Finally, although it's not fine cuisine, both the dinner and breakfast buffets were very generous and very good value for money.
  : Sound proofing of the rooms is not great. You can clearly hear people in other room and the corridors. You hear people walking and talking and banging doors all night, unfortunately. And as soon as it calms down and you think you can sleep again, it's the morning and you hear people taking showers, going down to breakfast...
