  : Very bad experience with this HostI spent 4h to figure out how to check in (free escape game , i just passed the first step) i booked another place Booking hotline it's useless (if you don't have the direct contact of the host - good luck) * + Plus for the hostel location it's 5 minutes walk to the old town)

  : Nice location, nice airco, nice hosts!
  : The place was a bit messy and dirty. Also the check-in isnt clear. You have to open the pdf of the Direct Booker mail and call that number, not call the number of Direct Booker. Then you can enter with a code, so thats easy.

  : Location. Very close to city walls, couldnt be better. Staying here is even better than staying inside the walls, this place is very accesible so you wont have to carry all your luggage though the tons of stairs in the center. Air conditioner
  : The mattress was very very uncomfortable, they should change it, as well as the pillow, you could hear and feel the springs of the mattress while sleeping. Cleaning could improve, mainly in the common areas. When we arrived we had to call booking as the door was supposed to be opened with a code we never received and in the booking we didnt had the number of the owner, so make sure you have it in advance.

  : The room was nice with very good air-conditioning. The availability of a spare toilet is also very handy.
  : The room is pretty noisy, probably because it's in an old building though. Also, a lock on the spare toilet would've been nice.

  : Good location, good size room, it said single room but I had a double bed. A/C is good. There is someone available on WhatsApp at all times which was handy.
  : I was unfortunately sharing with a dysfunctional family who cried, argued, walked about, banged, lights on and off, had communal showers from 10:30pm until 3am. I eventually told the person who manages the property and he/she got the owner round to speak to them at around midnight however it still continued until 3am. They were making tea, talking about my room etc. At around 11pm I asked for a refund so I could leave and find somewhere else to stay and they refused. Even this morning they continued to say it is not their fault. I do agree with this because obviously he cannot control guests, however it is equally not my fault and I am the one paying. It was very stressful and uncomfortable. I eventually went out there and asked them to keep it down however at this point they were showering and it was just a young girl I spoke to. I feel ita the owners duty of care to ensure customers are happy and to be basically told they did all they could do is unacceptable and I should have been given a refund last night when I asked to leave because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.Regarding the actual property - basic room, not clear on how to get into the building. Not clear if you are A or B. No info in the room with wifi instructions. Shower is blocked so fills up when you shower. Shower head falls on your head. Towels feel old.I asked if I could drop my bags off before 2pm but was told I couldnt as they could only meet me at 2 to check me in. However when I got there, no one met me and its a code check in system. There was 100% places I could have put my bag before. I lost half a day in the city as I couldnt do anything until I could drop my bag off. Not very accommodating. Also I was outside the propert from 13:15 to sit down and no one came in or out.
