Disappointing

  : Big flat, lots of space
  : We stayed at the apartment for 9 days and there was to cleaning or taking-out the trash offered during the entire stay. In addition, there was not even a bin on the property where you could put the trash bags from your apartment. The host was absolutely unfriendly and simply out of line. She complained about the "dirtiness" of the kitchen because there were coffee stains on the table, while during the entire time, she did not offer any cleaning or cleaning supplies. Also, she urged us to leave the apartment before official check-out time and all in a very unfriendly manner. While the property overall is ok, the owner made it become an unpleasant and unwelcoming stay.

  : the location on the Main Street its a little bite to crowded by cars/trafic but its in the middle between old city (15min) and new city (port-15 min)

  : The property was very clean and spacious. It has everything any tourist need for their stay. Close to old town removes dependency of public transportation as well.
  : We didn't find host as very polite. After leaving she complained us for cleanliness. Even we cleaned lot of common by our own ( eg put dishes in dishwasher and wipe out kitchen floor) and try to make things clean as possible before leaving..

  : This apartment is nice, reformed and clean. 10 minutes walking from the old town. They received our luggage one hour before the check in.
  : The hot water wasn't running. We had hot water just the first night, the two next days we didn't have. The owners insisted a lot with driving us to the airport, (they live downstairs) inclusive in the morning we had to leave, the owner was ringing the doorbell 9:50am to insist with it.(the check out was at 10am) so it was kind of uncomfortable.

  : Location of the apartment is excellent with the enchanting old town being only a 10 minute walk away. It was also perfectly located for a short walk to some of Dubrovnik's quieter bars/restaurants away from the old town crowds. Veronika was a very friendly host, the apartment was a great size and was extremely clean. Having a washing machine was also very handy when travelling with a small suitcase (although we had to buy our own detergent). The road outside the apartment is quite busy but there was minimal noise inside and the bed was comfortable.
  : There were some odd omissions with the kitchen facilities that could easily have been provided to make self-catering easier. For example, no tea towels, very limited cooking utensils (no solid/slotted spoon, no turners or spatulas). The only cooking utensil we could find was a ladle. We had planned to cook for ourselves on two or three of our four nights to save money but decided against this after the first night. There's also a dishwasher but we couldn't find any tablets for using it.

  : Great property. The bedroom was super modern and aircon very efficient! The owner was really nice and friendly. Location is smack in the middle of the old and new town.
  : The agency when we landed gave the wrong number to the us and another host to reach the location. This meant we went to a different apartment and as was after 12 when we landed they didn't answer the phone. Parking is not guaranteed as is in the nearest supermarket.

  : Excellent location. Large suite with a great outdoor space.
  : I would suggest that the property supplies to use the washing machine and the coffee maker. None were supplied and we had to purchase a big container of both which we gave away or left when we checked out.

  : - 32 Very steep access stairs - NOT recommended for older clientele . - No handrail provided to hold onto. - Great difficulty in transferring luggage to the house down below the steep stairs. - Basic provisions not supplied upon arrival. - certain items not provided as advertised eg: toaster, tea towels, iron, BBQ.- lack of privacy. - photos misrepresentative
