Wonderful
Traveller Type:
: Its is a fantastic apartment and the host could not have been kinder. She gave us some milk, offered to take us to the supermarket and gave us a lift, with our cases to the ferry when we left. The apartment was very clean, spacious and the terrace was fantastic. Great value for money.
: It was superb if you had a car. Even though the apartment was only 20 minutes into the old town it would have been a difficult walk back up and we did not even attempt it. The bus stops right outside but only goes one way (back up luckily). A tip if you get a taxi, make sure you ask them to take you to the bus stop and not the name of the road. Otherwise they will drop you at the bottom of very steep steps. Which is what you're avoiding by taking the taxi.
