  : There was no breakfast. The location is good, that is, the area where the apartment is located. The view of the sea was good, but the view of Old Town is very tiny. From the apartment, the only thing I liked is the small terrace.
  : The whole apartment. I did not like: the cooking area, the bathroom, the bedroom. All funky. I was expecting a much better apartment for the money I was paying. The picture of the terrace and the nice view are misleading because that is ALL that there is to this apartment--for the money I paid. I cannot understand the 3 stars since this is a funky apartment. It deserves a 1 1/2 stars, not 3. I had no car, so the parking area should not be used as a factor for someone who does not have a car. And the pillows were paper thin: had to use a blanket to put under the ''piillows''.

  : Marija is an exceptional host. Very welcoming (thanks for the limoncello and orange peel!) and friendly, she gives all the information you need and does everything to offer you the best possible service (organising transfers to the airport and port, as we were on foot before taking a car in Split). You chat with her as if you were talking to a friend or family member. Flat very good value for money, quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the old town, with everything you need, comfortable bedding and a great terrace overlooking the old town and sea for breakfast ! Supermarket 2 steps away. If we ever come back to Dubrovnik, we'll come back to Marija's!
  : The stairs are not a problem, they are in good condition. You just need to take your time and breathe, enjoying the scent of the jasmine as you go... the view and the peace are well worth it! As Marija always wants to improve her flat, I can only say that perhaps it lacks more efficient towel racks (my towel fell on the floor on the first day) and perhaps a coat rack in the entrance hall or elsewhere.

  : Adorable and sweet host ! She invited us at her house on the last day. We had a nice chat. Thank you again for the coffee. The apartment view is just wow !
  : We went out by foot. The apartment is uphill. Very tiring but this is for the greatest view

  : Everything was wonderful. The apartments are cozy and clean. Magnificent view from the balcony and delicious grapes. The beach, the old town of Dubrovnik are all within walking distance. But keep in mind that you have to walk up and down, this was not a problem for us. The hostess is very caring and takes into account all wishes. She also organized transfer to the airport. Everything was amazing!
