: The location was great, the sea view, modern and clean flat. Great host. The owner family lives there in winter and it made us feel like home, because the flat was staffed perfectly with dishes and all appliances. Very big master bed, so we were able to sleep with our 3 year old child and there was still room for grown ups. I definitely would recommend this flat for your stay in Dubrovnik!
: Because of a big bed there is not enough space for walking in this room. The mattress was too soft for us.

: We really loved our stay in this perfectly equipped flat! The ocean view is incredible, the outside terrace is amazing and the area is very quiet! It's an amazing place to relax and at the same time in walking distance from the old town and smaller (5 min) and bigger (15-20 min) supermarkets.The highlight for us was the possibility to go swimming right below the flat (max. 5 min walk/climb). There are stairs that lead to a little climb (moderate difficulty) and then down to a beautiful de facto private swimming spot!
: The bed was very soft and thus not comfortable for us. Furthermore the AC is pretty old and therefore pretty week and doesn't really cool the living room down too much.

: The view on the sea is just unbelievable. Cute terrasse. You can easily walk to Dubrovnik's old town. The neighborhood is very calm. There are several restaurants around or shops which is pretty convenient.
: Some equipment need a little refresh. The AC is noisy but it's OK since it's in the living room. The mattresses need to be changed because you wake up with some pains in the morning. But it doesn't change the fact that it's still a great place to stay we're just noticing so the host can do the necessary for the next clients.

: Clean, nice, spacious enough for a family of four - 2 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen. Amazing view, terrace, quiet, free parking on the street, and good location to access the old town 30 min walking, public bus stop also not far away. We came on the last week of October, the weather was great and no need for air-conditioner or heating at the time.
: The bed was a bit too soft for me. Frying pan would need a replacement and knives some sharpening. Other than that all was excellent.
