: Nice welcome from the owner with plenty of information and hospitality, very comfortable beds and calm nights, terrace where you can sit and relax with your family/friends, well equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room plus fans in bedrooms (for those who prefer fresh air), parking place in the yard, small balcony Small market is just few minutes walk as well as nice port restaurant. Copacabana beach is also close, but it would be pity stay only on that beach, you can explore so many wonderful places there. Croatia is wonderful country and Dubrovnik is marvellous (due to "Covid" situation worldwide there were not so many tourists, which was perfect :-)). We really enjoyed our stay here.
: There is one thing i would change and thats uncomfortable bathroom (shower behind toilet and very small space), good thing is that there were two such bathrooms :-)

: A clean, well located apartment for a good price. Everything was sufficient, including kitchen equipment. We did not mind the nightly quiet hours rules from 2200 onward, but I don't recall being advised of this prior to making our reservation. Our host Bozo met us at the gate when we arrived, and he explained everything in good detail about how to utilize the apartment services. The lighted patio area was a nice place to gather and socialize. A grocery store is conveniently located around the corner, and the yacht club and other restaurants are just a short walk down the road. Uber works well in Dubrovnik.
: The "no alcohol" house rule was surprising, and since we were not advised of this beforehand we ignored it (and suffered no consequences, since we are considerate people and not heavy partiers). The 2 bathrooms are functional but quite small (requiring you to accommodate the presence of the sink next to your arm when sitting on the toilet, for example). They were fine really and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms for our group.
