  : Zero atmosphere. Only staff 1 foreign girl with a computer. When she left no staff at all till the next day. One telephone number for “emergencies “. Tried to get us to download an app so we could get into the building and our room. Didn’t work so got a “physical key”. No cleaning etc unless staying 4 nights or more. Milk ran out after first night, no more available. Floor dirty. Pigeons roosting above our room- woke us at approximately 5am. Paid by debit card before we left England but charged 12+ - why?? No information about how to get into Dublin until asked girl we met when arrived. She was very helpful but seemed rather embarrassed that the key to get into the building and then the room didn’t work. She was v helpful explaining about buses but this was her own personal experience rather than info provided by the “hotel”. More expensive than fantastic hotel we stayed in in Galway . We will never stay there again

  : Location was very handy for places to eat. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable due to wear and tear, after saying it to lovely receptionist, they brought in a spare bed fine comfortable sleep after
  : Price was fine when I booked it but it went up a Hugh amount for later during the year unfortunately because I might of rebooked a later date again

  : we had the family suite and it was wonderful. so much space and well equipped.
  : we had a problem with the plug sockets which we couldnt get a maintenance man to see and it was far from town if you didnt return before the last bus it was hard to get a taxi and too far to walk home (so only applies if you go for a night out)
