  : Booked for parents and they had nothing but praise for the hotel. Treated like royalty they said.
  : I had contacted property to ask them to take a bottle or drinks to my parents room as it was my dads 70th. I had no reply to this and they never hit anything. I wasn’t expecting this free I had offered to pay but it never happened.

  : The location of the hotel is very good, very close to most amenities, staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is very good. I was staying with my 2 daughters for the Taylor Swift concert on Saturday night. While the doorman or concierge was extremely helpful in finding us a taxi to the venue at an extremely busy time & we were allowed to check in early to be able to get ready for the concert.
  : We left the hotel very early in the afternoon for the concert in order to queue, we were unable to get very much to eat at the concert and relied on the fact that we would get room service at the hotel when we returned. We returned at midnight and ordered room service, I tried to have a shower, my feet were aching after the concert only to discover that there was no water! We fell asleep while waiting for the room service and at @ 3 am my daughter woke me, she was still awake as she was very hungry to say that the room service had never arrived! I rang reception and he told me that they had stopped doing it because of the water problem! Thanks for letting us know!!!We went to sleep, we woke at 11am and were told that we had missed breakfast! My daughter had a shower, she came out of the bathroom to tell us that there was water coming from the lights in the bathroom! We called reception and they sent someone up to investigate and said that the other 2 of us would have to shower in another room! We were given a key card for another room down the hall and we went there in our pjs to shower only to discover it was just vacated and not serviced so we had to go back and get towels and toiletries!! We still had not eaten at this stage!! It felt like an ordeal. My daughter got us coffee and croissants and brought them to the room! We had a lovely brunch downstairs afterwards which I paid for myself and then we checked out. We had paid a premium price for the stay because of the weekend that was in it and while I accept that the issue with the water was beyond the control of the hotel, the consequences to us were substantial and I felt that the hotel did not in any way try to alleviate matters for us and didn’t help us sufficiently. My daughters and I missed breakfast which after not getting room service as planned, was not acceptable.The hotel really did not seem to care or try to make up for what occurred & for all the inconvenience caused.

  : There were concerts in the park behind the hotel with a lot of noise. Think rock bands.

  : We LOVED this hotel and hope to stay again! The building is beautifully maintained and very modern. The breakfast alone is worth staying here. The rooms were large and very comfortable in terms of space, bedding and design. The location is perfect and not far from the tram and other locations.
  : We loved everything about our stay except the noise. Our two rooms were right next to a neighboring wall to another building. The building is currently under construction. This is NOT the fault of the Iveagh Hotel but the noise was unbearable. We went to bed at 1am one night and were awaken at 7:45 but construction noise. This wasn't a light drilling sound this was very loud. We talked to the front desk both times. Sadly, the noise is beyond their control but you can hear is on the right half of the hotel. We were offered late check out on our second night but had to leave for the airport. We all left exhausted and frustrated. I wish we were told in advance about the noise. We went to nap in the afternoon on our first day and could not. I have video recordings of how loud it is but could not post here. I wonder if hotel staff management has been in the rooms to hear how loud it is. Do not book a room on the right side of the hotel especially the one that neighbors the construction wall or you will hear full on construction workers have conversations.

  : The staff was super friendly sky and accommodating from the time we arrived. The hotel has a fabulous lobby, bar and restaurant. We found ourselves having dinner there two nights in a row and breakfast every day. The buffet variety was terrific. The decor within the room was functional yet elegant. Highly recommend.
