Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Adults stay for AED 99 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of AED 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests including children staying at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Seef are required to present valid original identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/ UAE National ID card.

Credit Card Information:
Please note that you will have to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check in at the hotel. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
In case you fail to present the credit card used in booking upon arrival, a refund will be processed on the previous charge and you will have to pay for your stay either cash or with any other debit or credit card, which is physically present. At no given cases will the hotel be responsible for any difference on exchange rates or charges due to the refund. Refunds shall be processed as per normal procedure.

Please note that children aged 12 years old and above are considered adults at this property. The Tourism dirham fee is AED 10 per room and per night, because the family rooms consist of two rooms the fee is AED 20 per night.
