: They are disconnecting the landline phone so we cannot call hotel staff, but somehow they can only call us to remind us about checkout time, staff trying to act friendly but they actually not, except for the Filipina receptionist.. she was good.

: The furnitures are dirty and old, The washroom is not pleasant the drainage overflows. The bedsheets have stained and duvet are not replaced in daily basis (well maybe its normal in most hotels) but its so unhygienic. The staff in reception are not accurate and makes multiple mistakes - unprofessional!!
