  : Terrible experience in general. The apartment needs serious plumbing work, as i spet hours trying to unplug the sinks in the kitchen and pathroom! The reception downstairs dose not react to maintenance request, and refer you to the agent! Unfortunately, the agent dose not answer the calls, and you are on your own.It toke me four days to get the car parking access, meanwhile using the paid parking, simply because of their indifference, and lack of respect to the clients The self checking procedure is a joke, where they leave the apartment doors open, no agent hamdover during check in or out. They simply don't care as they can deduct a compensation from your security deposit! The furniture is simple and old, but acceptable.

  : Good location, not perfect but I like JLT. Comfortable place.
  : Beware a lot of problems in this place. First, my wife experienced the worst allergy in this place. Because of dust in the sofa and in the ventilation. She wasnt able to breathe normally for some time. Second, ants. Thousands of them. Got rid of some of them using 1000 ml of cleaning ethanol liquids but they are returning every day using the doorway. All the walls, the floor, even the ceiling are the path for them. Third, the hot water. The boiler broke and it flooded the bathroom, the service guys came and tried to repair or change it for the entire day 3 times, we werent able to go for a walk because of that. 5 days without any hot water and they are still not able to fix it. Checking out without the hot water, leaving this problem to the next guests. Sorry guys but I am disappointed and I really wanted to rate you higher.

  : - 15 mins to the metro - some old broken things are stored in the flat like in the lumber room
