  : poor service as we had to wait 2+ hours for check in. We arrived at property between 8:30pm 9pm , apparently the agent couldnt wait any longer and didnt return after 00:00. Security guard tried to contact but couldnt get hold of anyone. apartment has stain on floor on carpets and on curtains and sofa. they dont do through check when they check in but go thru everything whole check out. please note there is arrival deposit taken which is return back if no damage is done. they dont have 24 hour reception they have 24 hours security guard. they dont put this up clearly before. Company Frank Porter needs to level up their customer service if they need great service

  : I booked for a week; I told Frank Porter management the master bedroom mattress was broken and had a dip in it. They sent an inspection team but didnt do anything about it. Gave me a back ache. Told them the vaccum isnt working, on last day of stay they sent a new one. They were unbothered by my complaints cause I had paid in full in advance. Further I had to request more towels as only 2 large towels were provided though I booked for 4 people. Never had such an experience.

  : To be honest the location is the only good thing
  : - Its not clean> As my daughter lost her earrings, I tried to look under the bed and It was a disaster (Not mentioning the condoms!)> bathroom washing sink was stuck> Ants was one the Saloon and the bed !> Dusty Kitchin - Bad customer service > Called to check for AC issue, the dropped the call on my face :) however in-spite They promise in the email to send someone to check but No one appeared till checkout- Bad arrangements > Cards was not activated, which make me suffered in checking in with my family and more than half an hour each time I left the hotel to call to ask someone to open and wait to them- Poor communications between the service providers> as I called their emergency line to ask to inform someone that Im stuck in the parking because of the deactivated cards, No one came to help and I was forced to wake my family and let someone to come down to open for me (By the way no one called back to check if I was able to enter the room or no!)> I send email and informed them by phone that I need a late check out, and as they confirmed that 12PM is the maximum they can provide (Because someone needs to come and clean the room; Im not sure how they clean as my experience was very bad on this); someone came to the flat around 11 and ask when we will checkout because the check out time should be at 11, and when I told him I already been informed that I can checkout at 12PM he told me who informed you!> While checking out I needed to bring something from the car, and again the cards was not working ( after they supposed to activate them) which cause another delayI think whoever managing this property should have a proper training about Hospitality Facilities management as from what I have experienced, they know nothing about it
