  : Location was close to JBR walk
  : We booked the apartment for 7 nights.We arrived at 10,30 pm & linens/bedsheets for my daughter sofabed were missing as well as pillow covers for all of us. So she had to sleep in the sofa (where all guests sit/ all the time) without linens. Flat cleanliness was insufficient. It seemed not to be cleaned properly. In particular linens & pillow covers had strange smell. We immediately asked the guest to provide linens & pillow covers but we could not get them the same day.Moreover, once we started using bathroom we realized that there was a water leakage from somewhere since the floor was full of water. We immediately asked the guest to send maintenance and he promised to do it. The following day we received bed linens but no pillow cover.Moreover in the bathroom only shower towels were provided but not smaller face towels. Furthermore we could not use neither the gym nor the pool as per the facilities granted since an access card was needed but this card was not provided by the guest at our arrival. The plumber for the bathroom came after two days, even with an hour and a half delay (so we were not able to leave the apartment since the so called plumber did come). He worked on the matter & he said he had solved the problem (sealing wc with silicone in the floor) but actually it was not fixed because the water in the afternoon was still there. You can imagine how clean the apartment could be in this situation? We gave up in requesting to fix it since we did not want to waste our holiday time while waiting for the maintenance. Actually the problem was already there at our arrival so basically they did not care to fix it before our arrival. In the meantime pillow cover and face towels were provided only 5 days after our arrival so my daughter had to sleep without a pillow cover for 4 days & we had to use shower body towels to dry our faces. The guest always replied that he was going to mark our request as high priority...

  : Excellent location Excellent pool Excellent room
  : The whole property was still undergoing work painting, tiling etc was very dusty and dirty loud noises all day wasn’t told about the work and didn’t appreciate nobody mentioning it. Also our shower was broken needed somebody to come fix it but it should’ve been fixed before we got there.
