Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 1 and older are allowed.
Children from 1 year old to 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 1 year old and over stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel resort.

According to Three60 rules and regulations, this property is suitable for family or group of travelers and does not accept bookings for parties, wedding receptions, caterers, photographers, deliveries or any similar events.

The property maximum capacity depends on the apartment category which is precised on your reservation confirmation. We require passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. No additional visitors or guests will be permitted in addition to the passports received.
