WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Adults stay for AED 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that guest are requested to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note if booking is made on someone else’s behalf, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing at least 3 days prior the arrival date.

All guests staying are required to provide their original passport or UAE identity card. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of the guest who are not registered upon check-in.

Guests who wish to have an extra bed, must reserve beforehand with the property and charges will apply. Extra bed charges are not inclusive of breakfast.

The maximum number of children that are specified under each room type will be accommodated free of cost and are expected to share the existing beds with their parents. Should they wish to have an extra bed the same should be reserved and changes applicable.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

All guests must register upon arrival. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed in guestrooms.
