  : The property was in a great location (near the big park), spacious for the three of us and clean. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the subtle festive decorations and flowers. Good contact and response from Marlene.

  : The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hostel was a little underground because it had to go down the stairs. But very clean and the owner was very kind. Parking was convenient. There was a big park right in front of the house, so it was nice to take a walk. Overall, this is a satisfying accommodation.
  : It was a little cold because the heating was not continuous.

  : Apartment was beautiful within a gorgeous home set on a large block.
  : Contacting staff before arrival was difficult for us. We were only able to connect our german sims reliably to Messenger, booking.com messages and Whatsapp. The property contact preferred SMS however it continued to fail in delivery. When we called, we were only able to leave a voice message. It was hard to establish reasonable communication and we understood this caused annoyance. When we arrived however, one of the cleaning staff was extremely helpful and even took the time to share understanding with a 3rd party over the phone. She was lovely and made all the difference with our stay.

  : The location is close to Grosser Garten - very nice.Traveling with pets was possible Spotlessly cleanIf communication with owner was established, it was nice- but : emails havent been answered for 3 weeks.
  : Email sent 3 weeks prior to arrival has not been answered until the night before arrival (at 2:32 am!!)Invoice was without extra-charge for cleaning for the dogs (usually this charge is also on the invoice). Staff upon arrival was very unfriendly (she is not the owner).Once arrived we realized that the apartment was without balcony and without terrace - instead: it was Souterrain - underground. No view at all. pictures in the internet are mostly from an Appartement in the same building, first floor. With balcony and view!!!!Since I was traveling with elderly friends I didnt want to change. Without them, I would not have accepted the apartment. One room only has a very small window. Dark - hardly any day-light! picture from that room is during a sunny day! I havent been informed that I had to pay cash. Instructions where to find an ATM were wrong.

  : Cellar/Basement flat with spacious living room and small well equipped kitchen. Coffee machine (need filters and powder coffee), kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Appreciated the two dishwasher tablets. Very clean, heating worked well once turned on. Private parking place (under tree so bring a wet wipe for the bird poo). Opposite Gross Garten, short walk to trams 1/2 for the center. Large hall area and space for coats and shoes. We took pushchair down the steps and left outside the flat overnight. Given two keys, one with button for the electric gate. On arrival you can jump out the car and use the pedestrian gate, come round and press the button for the car gate to open.
  : There were two contacts, one asked us to contact the other, who did not reply, then got upset with us for not contacting her an hour before (which we had). Paypal or cash only (which was not advertised). And Paypal had to be Friends & Family only. Builder work in flat directly above (could have been told before). Adding a cot is 20 insane!
