  : Homeless people being housed there. Random people walking around the property. Cops were called at one point??? Doors slamming off and on until 2:30 am. The overall room was dirty and rundown. Did not feel comfortable and entirely safe.

  : Close to places we needed to go. Checking in, reception was lovely.
  : I asked if there was a blow dryer. Unfortunately, not one in the entire hotel.

  : Best price and location related to our visit plans in Riverton. Liked the pillows and bed. The room was mostly clean and stocked. Easy to control room temperature. Breakfast was plain but ok.
  : Building entrance doors are unmarked. After check-in we were told our room is on the first floor toward the end of the building. The South side has no entrances, we drove around the builing the were several white door but none appeared to be room entrances. Returned to front desk and asked how to get to room, were directed to drive to north side of building, park and enter. There are 3 doors. The 3rd is actually at near the front of the building and enters back into the lobby where from that side you can see the hallway next to the checkin desk. We could have walked across the room. Hallway is unclean need a good shampoo. Appears cleaning staff has spills and no clean-up and has obstacles in the hallway. The room has 2 table light fixtures / USB neither worked correctly. We were non-smoking and no pet. The room smelled of dog and indeed some dog food was on the floor. Who vacuumed? I thought plumbing noise was excessive as other room used facilities.

  : It's an old/rundown hotel and the prices we'll reflect that. The prices are justified.
  : The staff is extremely and unnecessarily rude! At the end, didn't feel worth the money even if we found the rundown state acceptable

  : I told the associate that I didn’t have enough $ on the card I booked with for the room plus the Pet charge and deposit. I gave him a different card to charge. He charged the one I asked him not to and overdrafted my account, causing me to in-cure two separate overdraft fees because the room, deposit and dog fee where all run separate in 3 separate charges resulting in the two overdraft fees. Plus the paperwork I signed clearly said the dog charge was $25 and I was charged $35

  : It was run down. I was lead by the reviews it was a clean and update place but it turned to not be.
