  : Location was in good proximity to what we were there for.
  : The room was horrible. Bathroom was dirty. Bathroom door was hard to close and looked like an old closet. None of the outlets fit my phone charger. It kept falling out the socket. Loud noises at night. Stuff wasn't friendly and didn't want to give us any new towels or wash cloths. Treated us like ww were going to steal them.

  : Customer Service by Joshua sucked, maybe he should be a housekeeper and not the face of sleep in!! The Mullet On His Head Was Also Mess! It’s no need to have bad customer service when you signed up to do it

  : After informing the hotel of out time of arrival and for card being charged after 10 pm before our arrival when we checked in we were told that our reservation was canceled.We were given dirty room . It was evident that the beds were slept in based on the condition of the sheets there was urine and used tissue in the toilet.We returned to the front desk with our luggage and informed the man on duty who said “ we are totally booked and if this room ( the room) doesn’t work I will give you back your money “H e offered no apology .nothing ,we felt disappointed and disrespected.Upon returning to our room Saturday night there was a strong cigarette scent as it someone was smoking in the room our stay was uncomfortable.
