  : Room was clean and the location was convenient.
  : A/C was off when I entered room and it took quite a while for it to cool down. In my opinion room a\c should be left on at a reasonable setting. Summer time in Alabama is too hot to try to cool a room quickly when the a/c is off.

  : First off I’ll just like to say this was not me and my husband first time staying at the Sleep Inn. In Dothan however this particular time it was very clear that they did not take the time out to actually clean the room, it was long pieces of hair everywhere in the bed and in the restroom mainly in the shower (gross) might I add. As if whoever was staying in there before me and my husband maybe was brushing they hair awfully a lot or maybe had a dog. The room stink it had a unclean smell to it it smelled like mildew/ dirty laundry, the table and the remote was sticky as if something was spilled on it we handled the remote with a napkin because we didn’t want to touch it due to the fact that it was sticky & we didn’t know exactly what it was. It was as if they rushed to so called “clean up” the room just to get someone else into it without taking they time and cleaning it thoroughly, the sheets even had a stench to them as if they haven’t been changed. I’ve worked inside of an hotel before so I know how things are operated at times when it comes down to changing the sheets on the beds, if they feel as though the bed hasn’t really been slept in or the person stay wasn’t as long the sheets shouldn’t have to be changed but I beg to differ. And that is exactly why me and my husband strip that whole entire room before checking out (checked out before it was even time to btw) because if that was me, paying my hard earned money to stay somewhere I would want EVERYTHING to be thoroughly CLEANED. We thought about taking pictures after the fact lol because we just couldn’t believe it at the time, it was just alittle get away for the both of us like how we usually do but this time we couldn’t really enjoy ourselves.
