  : The description is deceiving. It reads "24 hours check in" it should instead say "24 hours SELF check in!" (we specified arrival around 9pm and had to wait 15 minutes outside the premises for the remote check in staff to give us instructions...which is very awkwardd when you are in the middle of the fields late at night) Furthermore, it reads Navetta aeroportuale/Shuttle bus, but this is available only on the way to the airport not from the airport. The description should clearly read the entrance is shared with a medical centre, to avoid confusion Again flimsy room, you could hear neighbours Lights not working in toilet

  : First of all, The one "welcoming" you does not know much about the facilities near the hotel. I've asked how I can reach the city, he showed me the map on their wall and I've asked for the hours of the bus but his answer was "how should I know, m'am?". In the room there is a flyer stating that the shuttle for one person is 8 euros but they charged me 8.90. Those 90 cents aren't going to change my life but still, it should have the same amount. The toilet had the label on it that it was clean, as soon as I opened it, there was a big short thick black hair on it, very hygienic. Don't let me start about the towels. They were hard and rough like cardboard! In the evening, I wanted to go to sleep around 10pm but it was impossible! They made a lot of irritating noises. Using the microwave, leaving it to beep for 20min, because it was ready, then using it again and so on. Slamming doors too. I booked a shuttle at 8.45am because the very "nice and welcoming" - guy told me that if the driver arrives late, to call the hotel so they can contact them, he told me this almost never happens. But just in case I moved my booking 15min earlier because I did not want to lose my flight. Obviously the worst case scenario happened to me and the driver arrived 15min later. Plus!! The driver left me on the street instead of in front of the departures. I had to walk 7 minutes. If you have lots of luggage or you're on a very strict timeplan, those 15 minutes, and 7 minutes can definitely make a difference. NOT SATISFIED
