  : This is the only motel in town. The owners have continued to renovate and upgrade. Some of the problems noted in the past no longer exist at this location. The staff now checks you in accurately and the room is fine except for a few marks in the carpet and the cabinets being aged and obviously meant for another location. I own a property in the area that I come to work on, and stay here in the winter when it's too cold to camp. It's been a good value for that. WiFi is adequate but not great. There are three Mexican restaurants in town - dine at 6:00 p.m., they're not open late. Or you can microwave something in the room. There's a Dollar General that has most of what you'd need, a grocery, and a liquor store. For anything else you're going to Klamath Falls, a half hour to 45 minute drive.

  : Smoke detector missing - wires hanging from the ceiling. Big stains on the carpet. Not sure if they were pet related, but they were not cleaned before I checked in.
