  : This is a really nice place to stay in a beautiful small town on the coast. Family run and busy with a comfortable bar and restaurant where you can get decent food most of the day.Our room was good with very comfortable beds and an en suite shower room.Breakfast in the morning was substantial - we had the full Scottish to fuel us through a day of cycling but there are lighter options.The staff who we met were friendly and helpful. The place is well run . We would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay
  : Only one smallish quibble: our room was over part of the hotel where there was some kind of machinery humming all night - possibly cooling equipment? Funnily enough it was less noisy in the en suite so it's probably not apparent in other rooms. We slept (beds great) but occasionally woke to the hum

  : Very pleasant clean room. Easy free parking nearby. Friendly barmaid.
  : The food was mediocre but fortunately not expensive. The serving staff at breakfast left a lot to be desired! One even served us wearing her coat and was obviously in a hurry for us to leave and then when we did leave could not be bothered to look up from her phone to talk to us. This spoilt an otherwise fairly pleasant stay.

  : There was a nice ambience in the hotel bar. The room was nice & very spacious.
  : The price of the room with breakfast was quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in while touring for the same room type with breakfast.

  : Clean and comfortable- it was a lovely location and very friendly and welcoming Food good
  : The staff allowed the customers to drink out the front of pub, which was under our room window .staff also joined in with the noise as their shift finished and we had to ask to ask them to be quiet. We got peace and quiet around 2am - we did have the window open as the room was very hot (no air con) Lack of respect for neighbours and paying customers who want to sleep after a long journey
