Very Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Spectacular property and grounds
: Family room was small and our room was not ready for checkin until 5.30pm. We then had to request another bed as had only been given one for one child (we had 2 children booked).

Very Good

: Lovely property on a lovely estate. Nice food and room size.
: Rooms are hot but they do provide you with a Dyson fan

  : Setting gardens
  : Nothing

Disappointing
Traveller Type:
: The attention to detail was lacking, our room was dirty, stains on the carpet, the walls, the windows, the lock on the bathroom door had fallen off, not enough light and it was 100 degrees at night.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Beautiful garden and building . Beautiful and peaceful location with decent breakfast
: First of all when I was doing the booking for my wedding night they asked me to not arrive on my wedding dress which it didn't make sense and I had to explain it was a civil wedding and I wasn't wearing white. Secondly the hotel didn't have any attentions with us for having our wedding night which I thought was very poor service and dissapointing. Additionally we arrived at 10pm and the hotel couldn't give us the dinner included in the price I paid and when we called for the room service they said that it wasn't available and the best option was to call just eat. Room had spiders and spider nets, which means that haven't had a good cleaning in long time.I would not recomend to have your wedding night here as is over priced and poor service...
