  : - It was quiet - Nice view- Bathroom is renovated, not the toilet though.- Plenty of towels- The owner tried to be nice
  : - The apartment we received was a "one bedroom apartment" which in the description was not the one on the second floor ("riverview apartment"), yet it was. Spiral, wonky, wooden stairs that were extremely difficult to go up with 3 suitcases.- The owner was not welcoming at all, firstly he shamed us multiple times about our luggage, then he stayed an approximate of 25 minutes (at 21 at night, when we arrived) and explained every which thing in the apartment! We were explained what we can put inside the refrigerator... it was annoying. - At the chackout at 11:02 we recieved aggressive banging on the door when we couldn't open the lock.- The bed was very soft and uncomfortable.- Overall, the apartment is dated, no ac, and if it wasn't so cheap we wouldn't have booked it. The points go for the price alone.

  : Very well located and furbished apartment in the centre of town with parking space near by.
  : Floor heating is good, especially in the winter. But it was not possible to regulate the temperature yourself. With the consequence that the room was overheated and gave me a headache. It was not possible to open a window. It was so cold outside that keeping the curtains open helped to reduce the temperature.

  : The location of the apartment is second to none for a stay in Dordrecht - perfect to explore the city. The views are amazing. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and upon entry our first impression was of a cozy and comfortable apartment but...
  : We would have loved to give this property a top review but we have to be honest and there were a number of things that were just 'odd' and made us uncomfortable, as well as not expected for the amount we paid. a) lack of washing machine - although the hosts offered to do our washing we are not the sort of people to have others wash our underwear or take the risk that our clothes might be spoiled by incorrect or hot washing. b) no control of heating - when we felt cold we had to call the hosts to ask if we could have the heater turned up c) broken kitchen tap (see picture) we were afraid to use it (obviously rotted out bench top) d) sewerage smell in bathroom - and lack of ventilation and it appears to come from shower drain e) we were not allowed to operate the dishwasher???? - the hosts come in every 2 days to start the unit (lack of privacy) f) for the length of our stay no change of bedlinen was offered g) in the bedroom and bathroom there is a lot of grime and mould and wear and tear on the windows - a health issue? Please note - we have owned and managed holiday apartments for almost 20 years so we are well qualified to make the comments above. (Chevron Renaissance Gold Coast Queensland) The hosts claim that the broken tap was caused by guests and that the reason they do not want guests to operate the dishwasher is that guests break them. We believe that an owner who offers self contained apartments for exclusive use should be prepared to take those risks in exchange for income received, it is part and parcel of holiday apartment management/ownership. As the pictures show the apartment is in serious need of repair - the furniture / paintwork etc shows its age

  : Lovely, well laid out, historic apartment with a beautiful bathroom in a quiet location. Offers a wonderful view of Dordrecht rivers and the passing boats via expansive widows. Very helpful hosts.
