  : Nice tiny hostel located near the center of Donji Milanovac. It has a nice garden with a summer kitchen and sitting areas. There are 3 small wooden cabins in the courtyard, with single bed. Very clean and comfy single rooms.
  : It is very cold in the cabins during the night in May (I guess it's too hot in summer). The living area is very nice but sometimes the place for drinking and loud party (it was impossible for me to sit there and work because the guys were extremely loud). I decided to not stay for another night for this reason.

  : COMPLAINT FILED WITH BOOKING.COM July 19, 2021. United States 68 years First complaint ever filed with any booking agency in decades of world travel. Hostel Trajan wifi is the worst I have ever seen with 95% down time and the 5% when it is up just navigating my email account is an act in futility. I repeatedly talked to the owner, a man about 5 years older than me (I'm 68) and he admits there is a problem and others have complained before BUT this is Serbia he says as if that gets him a get out of jail free card, it does not. Fake wifi is a fraud when the hostel advertises that wifi as part of the deal. As a result I have to spend my day inside or outside the tourist center in town doing my work on their wifi which has no problem. The owner knows his wifi does not operate anywhere on the property but pretends it does, not even at the hostel desktop computer for guest which looks new because it is never used because of no wifi to it. Of course all his electronics in the office are cable hardwired into the internet so no problem which leaves no bandwidth for guest wifi even if you stand inside the office just a few feet from the wifi unit. Formal complaint has been filed with bookings to delist hostel for fraud. Another world traveler like myself who was 47 tried for one and a half hours to download his photos for the day to an account online and gave up.. I told him late that night to sit outside the tourist office in town and gave him the password to login there. He did his download in just a few minutes with real wifi. I ended up spending my days siting in the tourist center to manage investments I have on line instead of the comfort of the hostel which has no usable wifi even with just a smart phone. This type of deceptive fraud should never be allowed. The owner never apologized or offered compensation after I paid for a full week. The owner and the younger girl there part of the day are as friendly as a rattlesnake in the desert on a hot day.

  : The kitchen was outside and not fully covered which was unfortunate when it rained. WiFi was only strong outside. Cobwebs everywhere.

  : Absolutely lovely owner, he was such a nice host. Hostel is designed with care and with travellers needs in mind. Great common areas to meet other guests and hang out. We stayed in one of the bungalows. It was very simple but clean and had everything we need. The price was very very low.
  : Bathroom not perfectly clean but okay. WiFi only in some areas.
