  : The cottage was spacious. There are two types of cottages, we had one that is not on photos, a semi-detached cottage with a small patio. It had a nice kitchenette area, one bedroom, and an expandable sofa in the kitchen. This was a bit different than the description, which said that one bed was in a separate second bedroom. It was clean, had a small fridge, a kettle, and all one may need. The strange thing is that there is just one towel per cottage, so bring your own.
  : When we came, it was about 5 min before the 7 pm deadline for check-in, but no one was in the office. We called the number on the door, but no one picked up. No one answered our messaging via booking.com since the day before either. We then found a number listed on booking.com website and finally got hold of the owner, who navigated us to our lodging over the phone. When we went to check out, which had to be done between 9 -10 am, there was again no one in the office. Again, no one picked up the number listed on the door. Other people were waiting there as well. I called the number listed on booking.com and got hold of the owner, who said that his wife, who takes care of the office, must be around. The other guests and I went outside to try to look for her. Among the dozen or more people sitting on the patio of the restaurant, having a coffee and chatting with a friend, was a lady, who eventually asked us if we need help in the office, it was the owner's wife. She then went inside the restaurant, where she left her phone, which is why she was not answering the number. Seriously, this was one of the worst check-in and check-out experiences ever. If she was not in the office, she could have at least kept the phone with her. Couldn't she be in the office at least for that one single hour of check-out time?

  : The capacity of the cottage to receive 8 people.The activities in the resort (football, volleyball, ptanque, kids corner ).
  : Its been here for a while so things are broken, dirty, damaged. The water pipes are old and you can smell it.We were happy because it answered our needs but it could disturb some renters.Restaurants are closing too early - around 9PM.The breakfast could be improved for the price. One thing horrible but not linked to the hotel, its the amount of very little flies which are all over the place - plan the product to have a good evening.

  : Great location in the middle of Zdarske vrchy, ideal for bike trips, walking, even swimming in nearby pond.
  : The camp nearby was somehow loed as there was student party/course. The building was old, wooden, remembering czech communism times, although some remodelling was performed. Everything there was somehow cheap,but only prices were modern..
