The family-run Klockargården Hotel from 1937 offers tastefully decorated rooms in preserved timber houses surrounded by tranquil gardens. Lake Siljan is 1 km away. The in-house restaurant serves traditional dishes based on local produce in a cosy atmosphere. Traditional thin bread is baked in Bagarstugan from 1816 while Nostalgiboden sells local food and old-fashioned sweets. During winter guests can enjoy sleigh tours around the villages and skating on Lake Siljan. Rättvik town centre is a 15-minute drive away.

From 1 September until 31 May, the hotel reception may close earlier on some days. During this period, a simpler breakfast will be served.
Guests wishing to dine in the restaurant need to book before 16:00 on the day in question. During low season, the restaurant is closed on Sundays.
