  : Very big and spacious room. Bathroom was clean and there was always hot water. Very nice big yard. Monitored parking.
  : Breakfast was very poor. We couldn't use the indoor pool because it was closed. Too expensive.

  : The outdoor pools were pretty decent. That's the only thing we liked about the place.
  : When we made our booking it was in no way made clear that the spa center wouldn't be working during our stay. This was problematic considering we were there with kids that we couldn't just keep indoors during peak hours in the scorching sun. When we arrived, we were asked to pay the full price in advance and were told about the spa center only afterwards. The woman at reception said, "we've put that information on booking.com!", except that information wasn't there at the time the booking was there, or I would have received it in my confirmation e-mail. To double-check that that is the case I made a new reservation and indeed the disclaimer that they had clearly added at a later date showed up in the new confirmation mail. There was no apology for this whatsoever, no offer of compensation of any kind, just a shrug. Oh, they tried to reassure us by saying that the spa center gets even hotter than it gets outside when it's working. The restaurant was completely taken over by flies, which was annoying and gross. The pool chair cushions appear to never have been cleaned and had huge oily stains. The hallways of the hotel had very dirty carpeting. The bathrooms have wall hung toilets that are placed at an awkwardly high level. Our shower didn't have a curtain, so water went everywhere no matter how hard we tried to prevent that, and the incline of the floor was poor, so water pooled in the corner instead of going down the drain.

  : The property was really nice, cozy and beautiful. Big garden and really fun playground for kids, both little and big ones. The breakfast was diverse and due to the location, it is really easy to get there.
  : The employees of the hotel dont really speak English. Only the receptionist and one of the waiters understood what we had to say or ask. Also, even if the rooms were somewhat clean, the bathroom was not up to standard. The bathtub was not white as its original color, but yellow.
