  : The location was convenient and no noise from the interstate.
  : My family felt the beds to be very uncomfortable, we stayed three nights and each day we had trouble with our key card, even to the point we couldnt even get into our room and they had to completely replace the handle and locking mechanism.

  : Easy to book through booking.com.That was the best part of the experience.
  : Loud location with loud nieghbors over top of us. Very dated room which needed just anything to brighten it. No extra pillows or blankets in the room. The very worst thing was a king size bed that the middle third of the mattress sagged in, very uncomfortable. The photos of the room looked nothing like the real room. They did explain they had to change our room for some reason. We are members of thier reward club as we travel for work all but 4 days of the month, yet every time we use our points we end up with a down graded room. We also belong to 2 others and will be using them only from this point on. The chair fabric was so stained I refused to sit in it. The ac was in the bathroom making it next to impossible for the cool air to reach the entire room and we had to turn off the heater which was on all day in 90 degree weather The staff was fine and the room had been cleaned well. Will never return.l

  : Comfortable beds, quiet location, helpful staff.
  : There were bugs in the tub, so it seemed the room hadn’t been used in recent days. Otherwise the room was clean, though the carpet was frayed in places. We weren’t able to enter our room initially as there was an issue with the door handle and lock. It took two trips back to the front desk and staff with a key to resolve the issue. But the staff were helpful even though they were busy.
