  : Lovely room with very comfy bed and excellent breakfast. What was a real bonus was the very well located small swimming pool, which was heated!!! and like getting into a warm bath, which was very relaxing after a long drive. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. The staff were very helpful especially helping us with speaking to a vet for our dog, which they did not need to do but offered to talk with them as we had a language problem.
  : Limiting the amount of people around the pool is a very good idea for many reasons, which safety would be number one I am sure. However this does need to be policed as people would just keep arriving or staying far longer than was fair, although how the hotel would manage this during busy periods would not be easy.

  : Air conditioning was not on in room when we arrived and it was very hot. No hot water in shower and sink, just lukewarm. Could not make shower any hotter. Second key card given did not work

  : The hotel is located in a spacious area with permanently accessible parking .It was not loud, considering the mall next door.Full breakfast and possibility to have dinner in the same restaurant was a privilegeWe enjoyed delicious escargot ! And not only...Thank-sThe room was ordinary, basically we just slept . Burgundy is exciting!!!Friendly staff.

  : Unfortunately there was very little to like about the 4 star Hotel. On arrival to our room, I opened the curtains and all I could see was an industrial site. We wanted to make coffee but unfortunately there were no pods for the coffee machine. The hotel only provided paper cups for coffee and tea with a very poor selection of coffee and tea which appears to have been thrown together.
  : I actually didn't like anything about this supposedly 4 star Hotel. It was more like a 1 star motel. The bathroom/toilet had a long window into the bedroom, once again not a good view. When I rang down to reception to ask for proper cups, the girl brought minute coffee cups. The bathroom only had 1 paper cup, which again is sadly lacking when 2 people were sharing a room.. Breakfast wasn't much better with tinned pineapple on offer for€19. Unfortunately, I will never book into this group again.

  : On the day of arrival, Booking-com sent a notification that, as a Genius 3 user, I could get a superior room instead of a standard room for free. I used this opportunity - but the Booking-com system recorded this as if I had not changed to a better room, but had booked another superior room in addition to the already existing standard one.The receptionist did not tell us this when we arrived at the hotel; as it turned out afterwards, he gave me a standard room... They only called me shortly before 10 pm saying "we booked two rooms". We immediately informed you that it was not: we only changed the room type based on the offer from Booking-com.Not long after, the reception called us again to "come down immediately" because two rooms were booked. We went down, presented the change of room type on Booking.com, and the receptionist said that it was fine, then he would cancel the "other" reservation.In the morning, when checking out, there were further problems: for the original reservation (and obviously also for the modified room type) I also booked and paid for breakfast in advance - however, the hotel paid for our breakfast with us again. (See the attached deposit statement.)Shortly after that, it appeared on our credit card statement that the hotel charged the price of both rooms from our credit card.This has never happened to me since I have been using Booking.com (almost 2 decades ago).
