  : The staff was friendly and inviting.
  : The place/property was run down. Things were broken. The lock in our room was busted so we couldn't use it. The shower was broken. The breakfast was ok but not delicious. Everywhere you look you'll find things broken. The spa dial in the swimming area was busted and unusable.

  : Once I did get to a room, it was very comfortable and I was happy with things.
  : I booked a room and asked to check in early in the morning. When I arrived, I was told my room wasn't ready and it would be about 3 hours til it could be used, which I understood. The man at the desk seemed more intent on playing on his phone then actually helping. I had been traveling for quite a some time at this point and could barely stand up straight. I walked back to my vehicle and fell asleep in the parking lot. I woke up to a call from the manager several hours later and she checked me in pretty quickly and was very kind about doing so but she also mentioned that I could have been checked into a different room when I had first come in. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but something is pretty wrong when rooms are available and a traveler comes into a hotel which is usually rated so well, only to be told that they need to find something else to do for hours. By the time I got into a room, all I was really able to do was sleep a little and then immediately get up, check out, and leave. Can't say it was much of a peaceful stay because of that.
