  : Aesthetic of the apartment is nice with its brick walls.
  : Like other reviews here, communication with the host is poor. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area so you have to park nearby, but they won't help you with instructions on how to get to the apartment, where to park (some pictures are provided but without a point of reference they are totally useless), or where to throw the garbage. Kitchen facilities are there but no basic supplies like salt, pepper or oil are available, even though they specifically state they are included. Even batteries from remotes were removed. Everything they stated was provided, was not. I checked my phone and I had to call them 7 times - first because they did not pick up when wanting to check in, and then not answering the door when wanting to checkout. Around the apartment there is nothing. A bar is nearby, but it is closed always. So you need to drive to the beach which is about 10 mins away. Nearest proper grocery market is 15min walk. You have to pay for the stay in cash. I didn't like the place too much. If you have children it's not the best as it is incredibly unsafe (no railings on the stairs). Also the photos are completely different. I think they have two apartments, so maybe photos are of the second one. Anyways, good luck with this one.

  : The home is located in a very nice side of the old town and it is very well renovated.
  : One of the bathroom had a leak from the apartments above, and at night you could hear the wood eating bugs eating wood all night long. This would not be easy to communicate to the lady that manages the properties, since she doesn't speak English.

  : We booked Roots based on the beautiful design and this did not disappoint. Dhermi is a gorgeous village and the location of the accommodation is great. Amazing views from the balcony and a very comfy bed.
  : The internet didn't work at all during our stay. Networks appeared then disappeared so we could never connect. The host didn't respond to my message about it. The kitchen has a coffee machine, but no coffee pods were provided, and there is no kettle for boiling water.

  : The location in the old village of Dhermi was nice as there were residents there as well as visitors making it more authentic and less touristy. The design of the space was interesting - most suitable for two not four people though. The space has character and a very compact but workable kitchen with cooktop and microwave and half sized fridge.
  : There was a strong odour of urine in one of the bathrooms next to the main sleeping area. It necessitated running a fan. The shower door in that bathroom leaked causing puddles on the floor. The cleaning between guests seemed limited to new sheets and towels. Even the kitchen trash had not been removed prior to our occupancy.

  : Quite cramped for 4 people and kitchen wasnt very well equipped. Sofa bed was also broken unfortunately
